High Rocky Riders members are encouraged to help the Buena Vista, Colorado Chamber of Commerce put on the annual “Color Tour”. In late September participants from around the country come to Chaffee county to see the Aspen trees change to their autumn colors.
The “Tour” is four days (Wednesday – Saturday), of riding the mountain trail systems located within easy reach of Buena Vista.
Most of the participants ride ATV’s, or Side-by-Sides, but OHV motorcycles are also used.
Everyone is invited to breakfast each morning and the Saturday evening BBQ dinner. A dinner with entertainment is provided Thursday evening for an additional fee.
Each participant gets a Tee shirt and other “goodies” and along the way there is food, entertainment, door prizes, and “Gold Bricks” to be found.
